from both The Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and The Bob Hope Airport in Burbank 

(13 miles). Currently the Metro busses are the only public transportation, but as part of the 

Westside Subway Extension project, the Purple Line of the LA Metro Rail will be extended 

through Beverly Hills, adding two underground stations at Wilshire/La Cienega and Wilshire/

Rodeo by the 2020s. There are 3 hospitals all 3 miles from Beverly Hills: Miracle Mile Medical 

Center, Olympia Medical Center, and Kaiser Foundation Hospital. There are also a number of 

universities and colleges near Beverly Hills, with the biggest being the University of California 

Los Angeles (UCLA) which has over 37,000 full time enrolled students and is only 3 miles away. 

Beverly Hills has many attractions and landmarks, including Rodeo drive, known for its 

luxury goods stores. The street has some of the region's most exclusive stores including Louis 

Vuitton, Chanel, Hermès, Burberry, and Coach. The neighboring streets like Wilshire, Dayton 

Way, and North Beverly Drive, also have many luxury stores and restaurants. 

All of these features make Beverly Hills a great city to rent multifamily properties such 

as duplexes, triplexes, fourplexes and larger commercial apartment buildings. This famous,

historical, and growing community has great attractions, a healthy work industry, and great

renters. The fame of the city and the desire for people to live here, make it an ideal location for
