Grove Hospital and Medical Center is the local hospital, but about 5 miles away there is also
Huntington beach Hospital, AHMC Anaheim Regional Medical Center, and Fountain Valley
Regional Hospital and Medical Center. There are also a number of universities and colleges in
or near Garden Grove, with the biggest being University of Phoenix Southern California Campus
with 11,658 full time enrolled students about 8 miles away in Costa Mesa.
Garden Grove also has many attractions, especially its theme parks such as Disneyland
which is one mile away and Knott's Berry Farm which is seven miles away. Garden Grove
is also home to three stage theaters, the Garden Grove Playhouse, the Gem Theater and
the Festival Amphitheater. For entertainment/retail/shopping the Garden Grove Promenade
Shopping Center has Regal Cinemas, Ross, Marshalls, Party City, Dollar Store, Party City,
Hometown Buffet and more.
All of these features make Garden Grove a great city to rent multifamily rental properties
