Glendora is a city located in the San Gabriel Valley region of Los Angeles County and is 

a great place to rent multifamily, duplex, triplex, fourplex and larger commercial apartment 

properties. Its job industry, conveniences, and attractions make this a great place to live and

Glendora‚Äôs population was 50,719 as of 2012. The estimated median household income

in the city are Glendora Unified School District (734), Citrus College (700), County of Los 

Angeles Department of Children and Family Services (592), Foothill Presbyterian Hospital

Mart (287), Sam's Club (210), and The Home Depot (160). Other notable employers include

The city also enjoys being close to a variety of conveniences. The nearest major airport 

is LA/Ontario International Airport (ONT). This airport has international and domestic flights from 

Ontario and is 21 miles from the center of Glendora. Another major airport is Long Beach Airport 

(LGB), which has domestic flights from Long Beach and is 36 miles from Glendora. Glendora 

has two hospitals, East Valley Hospital Medical Center and Foothill Presbyterian Hospital. Its 

local college is Citrus College with 4,774 full time enrolled students, but Glendora is also close 

to the California State Polytechnic University Pomona with 17,476 full time enrolled students 

about 6 miles away.

Glendora has many attractions, including an extensive Parks and Recreation program 

that provides activities in many of the city's public parks for the citizens of the community. One 

of the most popular of the Parks and Recreation programs is the Camp Cahuilla Summer Kids' 

Day Camp (also known as "Dirt Camp"). Its eight week program host more than 500 children 

every summer, ages ranging from five to twelve. Glendora also owns a nine-hole golf course 

called Glen Oaks. Glendora's historical society preserves many important and interesting pieces 

across town, including Rubel Castle, constructed by Michael Rubel.

All of these features make Glendora a great place to rent multifamily rental properties 

such as duplexes, triplexes, fourplexes and larger commercial apartment buildings. This vibrant, 

diverse community has great attractions, a healthy work industry, and above average rentals.
