half-mile walk on the bluffs of Laguna Beach to see the spectacular Pacific Ocean. The Laguna
Art Museum is one of the oldest museums in California featuring local art. For shopping go
to the Boutique Shops on Forest Avenue where you can find jewelry, clothes, rare items, and
furniture.
All of these features make Laguna Beach a great city to rent multifamily rental properties
