ones are Loyola Marymount University, Santa Monica College, University of California Los 

Angeles, and El Camino Community College.

Marina Del Rey has many attractions, the most popular of which is the Fisherman’s 

Village, a scenic mix of beautiful waterways and colorful boats. Rent a kayak, take a boat tour, 

relax at a neighboring beach, or just take in the views at one of the waterfront restaurants. 

There are also a couple of local parks: Admiralty Park and Burton Chace Park.

All of these features make Marina Del Rey a great city to rent multifamily rental
