and is 28 miles from the center of San Clemente. The closest hospital is South Coast Medical
Center about 9 miles away in Laguna Beach. The closest college is Saddleback College (about
9 miles in Mission Viejo), with 7,451 full time enrolled students, however the largest college
is University of California Irvine (about 20 miles) which have around 26,000 full time students
San Clemente has many attractions, including its its ocean, hill, and mountain views,
Spanish Colonial style architecture, and its surf. Other things to check out are the San Clemente
Coastal Trail, the Surfing Heritage Foundation, Casa Romantica Cultural Center and Gardens,
and the San Clemente Municipal Golf Course. There are also boutique shops and restaurants
by the pier and downtown with nightlife and entertainment as well.
All of these features make San Clemente a great city to rent multifamily rental properties
