Torrance is located in the South Bay region of Los Angeles County and is a great place

Torrance as well, producing aerospace fasteners. Pacific Sales, PC Mall, Pelican Products, and
Rapiscan Systems are among the other big companies based in Torrance.
The city also enjoys being close to a variety of conveniences. Torrance has a small
general aviation airport called Zamperini Field, and the The Los Angeles International Airport
(LAX) is only 11 miles away. There are two major hospitals in Torrance: Torrance Memorial
Medical Center and Little Company of Mary Hospital. The are a few colleges in torrance,
the largest being the El Camino Community College, which has over 8500 full time enrolled
Torrance has many attractions, including 1.5 miles of sandy beach. Torrance also has
one of the five largest malls in the United States, the Del Amo Fashion Center, with upscale
clothiers Anthropologie, Coach, H&M and Urban Outfitters as well as the restaurant P.F.
Chang's and the retail giant Crate & Barrel. Other attraction include The Torrance Cultural Arts
Center, the Southern California Live Steamers Miniature Railroad, and the Madrona Marsh
Wildlife Preserve & Nature Center.
All of these features make Torrance a great city to rent multifamily rental properties such
