is John Wayne Airport. This airport has international and domestic flights from Santa Ana,

Santa Ana, including Western Medical Center 2 miles away and Coastal Communities hospital, 

6 miles away. There are many colleges close to Tustin, but the largest of them is the University 

of Phoenix Southern California Campus with 11,658 full time enrolled students about 6 miles 

away. The University of California Irvine, with 26,169 full time enrolled students, is about 9.6 

miles away.

Tustin has many attractions, including the Marine Corps Air Station, which has two blimp 

hangars that are among the largest wooden structures ever built and are listed on the National 

Register of Historic Places. Other attractions include The Tustin Ranch Golf Club, Strike

Bowling Lanes, and the Marconi Automotive Museum, which boasts a $30 million collection of 

exotic, classic and historic cars from around the world. Also, Disneyland is only 8 miles away.

All of these features make Tustin a great city to rent multifamily rental properties such as 

duplexes, triplexes, fourplexes and larger commercial apartment buildings. This vibrant, growing

community has great attractions, a healthy work industry, and above average rentals. The
