Eagle Rock was most recently named the second-hottest neighborhood in America in 2014 by Redfin. The short commute, easy access to a commuter rail line, affordable prices, highly ranked schools and scenic parks are make this a great neighborhood. Some of the attractions include Hill Drive, which is one of Eagle Rock's most beautiful streets. The neighborhood is home to many historic and architecturally significant homes, many done in the Craftsman, Georgian, Streamline Moderne, Art Deco and Mission Revival styles.
