Venice Beach has many attractions, but it is best known for known for its canals, beaches and circus-like Ocean Front Walk, a two-and-a-half-mile pedestrian-only promenade that features performers, fortune-tellers, artists, vendors, Muscle Beach, the handball courts, the paddle tennis courts, Skate Dancing plaza, numerous beach volleyball courts, a bike trail and businesses. The basketball courts in Venice are renowned across the country for their high level of streetball; numerous professional basketball players developed their games or have been recruited on these courts.


All of these features make Venice Beach a great city to buy or sell multifamily investment rental properties such as duplexes, triplexes, fourplexes and larger commercial apartment buildings.
